Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on most products. Please refer to individual product descriptions for any exceptions or item-specific shipping costs.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse and arrive at your door.

To ship as quickly and efficiently as possible, we maintain fulfillment centers in multiple locations and ship from the facility closest to you. In some cases, products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses. Because of this, items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately, and delivery windows may vary by product.

Domestic (United States): Most orders are delivered within 4–6 business days of shipment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 business days.

International: Most international orders are delivered within 6–10 business days of shipment. Depending on your location and local customs processing, delivery may take up to 30 days or more in some cases.

Tracking

A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships. In rare cases, tracking information may be missing or incorrect due to supplier error. If this happens, contact us at info@ploutone.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Shipping Protection

A. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments

Navidium Shipping Protection covers shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit worldwide.

If a protected shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen, Ploutone will provide an expedited replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund for the affected item will be issued.

Claims for lost or missing packages must be submitted within 30 days of the last tracking update or delivery date. Claims for damaged shipments must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

B. Exchange Benefits

Navidium Shipping Protection is primarily intended to protect shipments during transit. As an added benefit, certain orders may qualify for exchange shipping assistance.

  • Domestic Standard-Sized Items: One complimentary exchange for a different size, color, or item. Ploutone will provide a prepaid return label and ship the replacement at no additional cost.
  • Oversized Items: Guitars, amplifiers, speaker cabinets, and other oversized products are not eligible for complimentary exchange shipping. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with preference-based exchanges, including return shipping and shipment of the replacement item.

C. Exclusions

Navidium Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Shipping delays where the package is not lost.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Packages held by customs.
  • Orders returned to sender due to customer error.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

E. How to File a Claim

  1. Email info@ploutone.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach photographs if the shipment arrived damaged.
  3. For lost packages, please allow 7 days (domestic) or 15–30 days (international) from the last tracking update before contacting us.

Import Duties and Taxes

Ploutone ships to customers worldwide. We are not involved in the customs clearance process and are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or tariffs applied by your local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs charged at checkout.

We recommend contacting your country's customs office before placing an order to understand any applicable fees or import restrictions on musical instruments and accessories. Ploutone is not liable for delays, confiscations, or fines resulting from non-compliance with local import laws.
