      Our Jazz Bass thumb rest is designed to fit seamlessly with your instrument's existing pickguard screws and screw hole positions. No drilling or new hardware necessary!

      Please check the dimensions in the photos and verify that your pickguard screw spacing is 58mm (center-to-center) before purchasing to ensure a perfect match.

      Model Compatibility

      • 58mm Mounting Spacing: Specifically engineered for the standard 58mm spacing found on the majority of 4-string and 5-string Fender Jazz Basses.
      • Standard Series Fit: Fits most American Standard, Mexican (MIM), Player Series, Geddy Lee Edition, and Squier Jazz Bass models.
      • G&L Compatibility: Also fits the G&L JB series utilizing standard pickguard hole patterns.
      • Versatile Use: Whether used as a modern thumb anchor or a vintage-style bass finger rest, it attaches directly to existing mounting points—no new holes required in your body or pickguard.
      • Note on 70s/Lakland Models: This specific model will not fit 70s-style Jazz patterns (which often use different spacing) or Lakland Osborne models.
