Setup Notes
Saddles are supplied with an initial cut to act as a guideline. For best results, saddles should be filed to match your specific string gauges and nut slots. This is standard practice among high-end bridge manufacturers. In most cases, the D, G, B, and high strings can be left as provided unless alternate gauges are required.
Each bridge includes a matching headpiece for a complete setup.

As the exclusive U.S. distributor and sole retailer offering lifetime coverage, Ploutone warrants Nova hardware purchased from us against manufacturing defects and premature material failure for the lifetime of the product, starting on the delivery date.

- What’s NOT covered: Modifications (cutting, drilling, sanding), improper installation or forced fitment, misuse/abuse/accidents, normal cosmetic wear (scratches, finish wear), third‑party alterations, or installation labor.
- Remedy: If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. For approved domestic claims we cover replacement/repair shipping; international cases handled individually.
