However, there are some instances where it is challenging to verify the legitimacy of a claim and the process can sometimes take up to three weeks or longer. And in some situations, such as a package being stolen after confirmed delivery, Ploutone cannot guarantee that the product will be replaced.

Navidium Shipping Protection makes it effortless to replace items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transport. No more waiting weeks to process claims. For a small percentage of your item's value, you are guaranteed a swift replacement or refund if your order shows up damaged or goes missing.

Processing Time

As soon as we receive your payment, we forward your order to our warehouse for order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. These processes typically take 1 - 3 business days.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping Time refers to the time it takes for your item to leave its warehouse and arrive at its final destination.

It is of utmost important to us that you receive your product as fast as humanly possible. We utilize the most trustworthy and economical shipping methods available to us to save our customers time and headaches.

In order to provide our customers with a wide variety of products at the best pricing and quality available, we work with a number of suppliers. Many of these suppliers are located in the US while others are located overseas.

In some cases, products are shipped directly from our partner's warehouses which reduces our environmental impact by eliminating hundreds to thousands of miles in shipping per item.

However, because of their differing locations, products may be delivered separately, and shipping times may vary. 

Almost all of our products are typically delivered between 3 - 10 days. Please read the product descriptions or reach out to info@ploutone.com with any questions about the shipping of specific items.

 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your invoice and tracking number. Due to a combination of human error and the complexity of global supply chains, it is possible, although very rare, that an item may have the incorrect tracking number or no tracking number at all. In this case, please reach out to us and we will do our best to solve the issue.

Import Taxes and Duties


Ploutone is an international online store that sells high-quality instruments and accessories. We ship our products to many countries around the world, but we are not involved in the customs clearance process of each destination. Therefore, we are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied to your order by your local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery of the goods. Please note that these fees are not included in the shipping costs that we charge at checkout.

We advise you to contact your country's customs office before placing an order with us, to find out what kind of taxes and duties you may have to pay, and how much they will cost. Some countries have specific regulations and restrictions for importing musical instruments, so it is important to be aware of them and comply with them. Ploutone is not liable for any delays, confiscations, or fines that may occur due to non-compliance with local tax laws.
