Put color at the center of your next build with our Custom 8-Hole Telecaster Pickguard in Textured Flame Orange. This Artisan Series design trades familiar gloss for a micro-textured matte surface, giving its fiery orange tone a distinctly different character from traditional pickguard materials. It’s a bold focal point for a stripped-back guitar or the finishing touch on a build that refuses to blend in.
Made in our shop using our in-house 3D-crafting process, this pickguard pairs standard 8-hole Telecaster routing with an unconventional finish. Against a black body, Flame Orange creates a sharp, high-contrast look; on white, it brings a bright splash of color. Natural wood finishes offer another direction, letting the orange sit alongside the warmth and grain of the instrument.
Artisan Series
Distinctive surfaces and creative manufacturing define our Artisan Series. These in-house designs give players an alternative to off-the-shelf styling, combining functional guitar parts with colors and textures chosen to make an instrument feel personal. Our in-house design process brings those ideas to life without relying on conventional glossy pickguard construction.
Includes pickguard only.
Please refer to the second image for precise dimensions. Make sure to measure your instrument before purchasing.
Features
- Textured Flame Orange Color: A fiery orange shade that brings a vivid accent to your Telecaster, whether you’re pursuing stark contrast or a warm, color-forward custom look.
- Light-Diffusing Matte Surface: A specialized micro-texture softens reflections, keeping the finish visually distinct from polished, high-gloss plastics.
- Less Noticeable Handling Marks: The textured finish helps disguise fingerprints and visible pick swirls compared with conventional glossy guards.
- Renewable Bio-Polymer Construction: Made with durable, renewable materials selected for structural integrity.
- Standard 8-Hole Telecaster Fit: Precision-modeled for standard 8-hole Telecaster routing. Check the pictured dimensions against your instrument before ordering.

Our Perfect Fit Guarantee
Finding the right pickguard shouldn't be a gamble. We precision-craft our pickguards to integrate beautifully with your guitar, and we stand by their exact dimensions.
Our Promise: Precision Within 1mm
We guarantee that all Opus products will be manufactured within 1mm of the key measurements shown in the product photos. This level of precision ensures a high-quality component for custom builds, upgrades, and direct replacements. If your pickguard arrives and doesn’t meet this tolerance, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
To ensure the best fit for your specific instrument, we strongly recommend comparing the measurements of your current pickguard or guitar body to the diagram provided in the product images before placing your order.
