Hipshot Preorder & Special Order Information
Thank you for trusting Ploutone as your source for Hipshot Hardware. While we offer a wide selection, some items may only be available for preorder or special order.
Preorder Lead Time:
Approximately 1-2 weeks.
When you place an order for a Hipshot product that is currently out of stock, it will be treated as a special order. We will then place an order with Hipshot, and your item will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives at our facility.
Important Notes:
- Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing the order to secure your special order item.
Order Cancellation: All special orders and preorders are considered final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
Combined Orders: If your order contains both an in-stock item and a special order item, the in-stock item will be shipped immediately. The special order item will ship separately as soon as it arrives.
Shipping Updates: We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your special order item is on its way to you.
