As the exclusive U.S. distributor and sole retailer offering lifetime coverage, Ploutone warrants Nova hardware purchased from us against manufacturing defects and premature material failure for the lifetime of the product, starting on the delivery date.

- What’s NOT covered: Modifications (cutting, drilling, sanding), improper installation or forced fitment, misuse/abuse/accidents, normal cosmetic wear (scratches, finish wear), third‑party alterations, or installation labor.
- Remedy: If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. For approved domestic claims we cover replacement/repair shipping; international cases handled individually.
